Free Guide for Litigators: How Attorneys Can Safely Adopt AI Without Ethical Risks → Download Now
We create reliable litigation technology grounded in real law and experience, designed to organize evidence, validate citations, and deliver ready-to-file work product in one connected platform.
Our team combines experienced litigators, AI engineers, researchers, and data scientists to solve real challenges in modern litigation—building tools rooted in everyday legal practice that leverage technology to improve efficiency and quality.
Every case citation is checked against verified U.S. legal sources. Every fact used is verified at the PinCite level. No hallucinations. No guesswork. Accuracy is the core of everything we build.
We work with law firms, researchers, and industry partners to promote responsible AI adoption and strengthen the legal profession as a whole.
No. Litmas AI was engineered with strict multi-step verification and guardrails that eliminate hallucinations. Every output is checked against verified legal databases before it reaches you. This was the single most important design decision in building the platform. Our co-founder experienced the same frustrations with generic AI tools that you have, which is exactly why Litmas AI was built with citation validation as a foundational requirement, not an afterthought.
Litmas AI cross-verifies every citation using verified U.S. court opinions to ensure all references are real, relevant, and reliable. The platform uses a dual-layer citation validation system that checks every case and statute against trusted legal sources before it reaches you. If a citation cannot be verified, it gets removed. You won’t see unvalidated citations in your output.
Many AI-assisted legal tools provide general chat experiences or focus on isolated tasks. Litmas AI is different because it is built specifically around litigation workflows, connecting your case documents, evidence, and case law into a single drafting pipeline. Every output is fully sourced and designed for use in active cases, not just for general legal Q&A. Additionally, Litmas AI’s dual-layer citation validation addresses the hallucination problem that users of other platforms frequently report.
Yes. Litmas AI can draft motions, pleadings, and responses tailored to your jurisdiction. The platform uses your uploaded case documents and validated case law to produce motion drafts tied to your specific facts. You maintain full editorial control and can review every section before submission. Attorneys using Litmas AI typically reduce motion drafting time by 60 to 80 percent. A motion that previously took one to two days can often be drafted in a few hours, with supporting facts and citations fully organized.
Yes. Data security and client confidentiality are foundational to Litmas AI. Your uploaded case documents and work product are protected with enterprise-grade encryption and access controls. We understand that attorneys have professional ethical obligations regarding client data, and our platform is built to meet those requirements.
We hear this constantly, and it’s the reason Litmas AI exists. Many attorneys have tried tools like CoCounsel, Harvey, Lexis AI, or ChatGPT and found that the output is generic, the citations are unreliable, or the tool just isn’t thorough enough for real practice. Litmas AI was built by a litigator who experienced those same frustrations. The platform was purpose-built for the specific demands of litigation: accuracy, traceability, and outputs you can actually file. Every citation goes through dual-layer validation. We encourage you to book a demo and see it work on a real case.
