The Per-Case Plan at $125 per case per month is billed per active case. You scale up or down as your caseload shifts. The Unlimited Plan at $999 per month, per attorney covers unlimited concurrent cases, includes the Pre-Suit Module for complaint and demand letter drafting, and adds a free paralegal seat, priority support, and personalized onboarding.

At 8 or more active cases per attorney. $999 divided by $125 equals 8 cases. If you consistently carry 8+ active matters, the Unlimited Plan pays for itself and you get the Pre-Suit Module, paralegal seat, and priority support at no extra cost.
A case is a single matter in your workspace, billed monthly for as long as it’s active. When you close or settle a case, you remove it from your active roster and billing stops on the next cycle. You are never billed for archived or closed matters.
Yes. Upgrades to Unlimited take effect immediately, with prorated billing on your current cycle. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. No migration work is required on your end.
The Unlimited Plan includes one free paralegal seat per attorney. Additional paralegal and support staff seats can be added on any plan at $50 per case per month for the per case plan, and $250/month for the unlimited plan. Support staff seats have full access to assigned cases but no standalone billing authority.
Each case has a 5,000 page upload limit. If a case exceeds 5,000 pages, a one-time fee of $0.01 per page applies to anything over the limit included per case. A 10,000-page production, for example, adds $50 to that case, billed once, not recurring.

All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancel or change plans at any time. Annual billing with a discount is available on request, contact sales@litmas.ai.

We do not offer a self-serve free trial. Every prospective customer can get a live demo with a Litmas specialist who walks through the platform using your own case facts.

Each attorney has a dedicated seat. On Per-Case, the firm is billed for each active cases for a given month. On Unlimited, each attorney is billed $999 flat per month. Firms are billed on a single consolidated invoice.

The Unlimited Plan gives your team the tools to draft, analyze, and manage cases. Litigation Drafting Services at $1,499 per case per month adds our legal team, who drafts work product on your behalf inside the platform. You review, edit, and finalize.
